Limit switch, a type of position switch (also known as travel switch), is a common low-current cam controller household appliance. Use the collision of the manufacturing energy component to make the circuit breaker posture to complete the connection or disconnection of the control loop, so as to achieve a certain control purpose. Generally, this type of switch is used to limit the position or schedule of the molecular thermal motion, so that the fitness exercise mechanical equipment automatically terminates, reciprocating, variable speed, or fully automatic back and forth fitness exercises according to a certain position or schedule.
1. The installation position should be accurate and the installation should be firm; the direction of the drum should not be reversed, and the collision position of the stop iron and the stop iron should comply with the control line regulations, and ensure that the collision with the stop iron is reliable.
2. In the whole process of application, regular maintenance and maintenance should be carried out, oil stains and dust should be cleaned up, the circuit breaker should be cleaned, and its behavior should be checked frequently to see if it is agile and reliable, and fault detection should be performed immediately. Avoid machine equipment and safety accidents caused by unreasonable touch of the limit switch or loose connection.
3. It depends on the place of your application. If the natural environment of the application is relatively weak but you also need to pay attention to selecting points with a higher IP level, the limit switch can be subdivided into a travel switch and a shaft switch. Generally, electric power companies choose de-excitation and magnetic blow-type limit switches, which can carry a large direct current.
4. If it is used as a limit switch, connect the normally closed point of the limit switch to the control loop. If it is used to connect other power circuits, connect the delay relay of the switch to the corresponding control line road. In fact, the limit switch is only a general key switch, and the main purpose is the same.
5. The fire safety line of the 20V switching power supply is connected to the public point of the limit switch, and then connected to the opening and closing point or the normally closed point according to your main purpose, and then connected to the AC contactor A1 point; A2 is connected to the neutral line. Install the limit switch in the position that must be positioned, adjust the touch distance, and then string the normally closed point of the switch into the control circuit to install it.
